Do you sign NDAs?+
Yes. Mutual NDAs are standard before we share specific client names, full GSC screenshots, or arrange reference calls. We can send our template or sign yours.
What's the minimum engagement?+
For retainers: 3 months minimum on Growth + Authority tiers (Starter is month-to-month). For one-off projects (sites, brand systems): no minimum. Fixed scope, fixed fee, fixed timeline. Single articles can be ordered ad-hoc.
Do you work with my industry?+
We've shipped work across D2C / e-commerce, hospitality, F&B, real estate, healthcare, legal, financial services, B2B SaaS, education, travel, beauty & wellness, and CPG. If you're outside these, we'll tell you upfront whether we're the right fit.
Do you work outside Dubai & Delhi?+
Yes. We serve clients across the UAE (Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Northern Emirates), Saudi Arabia, India (Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai), the UK, and US. Most work happens remotely; we travel for major projects.
What if I just need advice, not a full retainer?+
We offer paid 60-minute strategy consults at AED 990 / ₹19,990. Comprehensive audit + written recommendations, no further commitment. If you later sign up for a retainer, we credit the consult fee against the first month.
Can you start this month?+
Usually yes. We accept a limited number of new clients each quarter (5-7 retainer slots) to maintain senior-team capacity. Currently accepting Q3 2026 projects.
What happens if results don't show up?+
SEO and content are 3-6 month games. No honest agency promises results in 30 days. On PPC, we have monthly performance reviews and adjust scope to hit targets. If a campaign genuinely isn't working after 90 days despite proper execution, we'll restructure or refund the next month's fee.
What happens after I submit the form?+
A senior strategist (not a junior receptionist) replies within one business hour with available call slots. Most discovery calls happen within 48 hours. After the call we email a fixed-price proposal within 24 hours. No follow-up sequence, no nurture funnels.
Can I just call instead of filling the form?+
Yes. Phone numbers are at the top of this page. WhatsApp also works. The form just helps us prep before we speak, since most discovery calls go better when we have already audited your site.
Are discovery calls really free?+
Yes. We do 30 minute discovery calls with no fee and no obligation. We make our money from clients who hire us, not from chargeable consulting. If we feel a strategy session needs to go deeper than 30 minutes, we will tell you upfront before any meter starts.
